1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of invoze (the “Service”). By creating an account or using invoze, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Do not share your login credentials
You are liable for any and all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You may use invoze only for lawful business purposes, such as invoicing and client management.
You must not:
- Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Service
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Scrape data or reverse engineer the platform
- Abuse usage limits or create fake accounts
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
4. Plans, Billing & Payments
4.1 Free Plan
The Free Plan is currently available at no cost with the following limitations:
- Maximum 5 clients
- Maximum 5 invoices per month
- Access to core features
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free Plan at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Paid Plans (When Available)
When paid subscription plans are launched, the following terms will apply:
- Billing Cycles: Monthly or annual subscriptions, billed in advance
- Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, or other approved methods
- Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice
- Failed Payments: Service may be suspended if payment fails
5. Your Data & Ownership
You own all data you upload (clients, invoices, business data)
invoze does not claim ownership over your content
You can export your data anytime
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, branding, UI, and platform content belong to invoze.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.
7. Availability & Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification to your registered email address (at least 30 days in advance for material changes)
- Prominent notice in the invoze application
- Update of the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
By using invoze, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
